Like it or not, your company needs social media – here’s why:

Over half the world is on social media. 4.7 billion people worldwide are on social media, according to new data, with most individuals spending two and a half hours a day scrolling their feeds. Over the past twelve months, more than 227 new users have set up new accounts – showing an increasing interest. Businesses, pay attention.

Unlike many other business channels where communications are sent into the void, social media offers brands the opportunity to showcase their unique, genuine personalities and engage with their public. In today’s world, people want authenticity – staying true to your brand’s values is essential to building trust with your followers.

These creators spend a lot of time curating content for their followers, and partnering with them for social media campaigns can give access to new audiences and create brand awareness.

It gives businesses a platform to sell products, announce exciting company updates and receive feedback.
