    I agree with your assessments wholeheartedly. The “surprise and delight” tactic is among my favorites and one that I feel goes a long way toward building and maintaining strong relationships.

  4. Good client service is really the same as good customer service. It’s obvious when it’s there–and when it’s not. I love the tip about writing ‘thank yous.’ Kind words are worth much and cost little. Thanks David!
