Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) have become buzzwords in the new business landscape. But Landis Communications Inc. has been doing work in communities of color and gender disparity for years. As a certified Corporate Diversity Supplier, Landis is LGBTQ+-owned. We’re also certified members of the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) and the Golden Gate Business Association, the San Francisco Bay Area’s LGTBQ+ chamber of commerce. And the San Francisco Business Times annually has named Landis to its list of top LGBTQ+-owned businesses in the Bay Area. We’ve worked on diversity projects for UCSF, Out and Equal (advocating for workplace equity for LGBTQ+ employees), the Museum of the African Diaspora and the Black community, the Asian Art Museum (representing more than 40 Asian cultures) and a special California Bank & Trust initiative aimed at Latina small business owners. PRSA SF awarded its D&I award for best SF Bay Area campaign to Landis for our work with client Becoming Independent, serving the developmentally disabled community.
