Gretchen Cavin Krueger is a public relations executive with over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries, including food, travel and leisure, non-profit, consumer, healthcare and technology. She has an extensive background in strategic development, media relations, writing and staff management.
Gretchen began working with Landis Communications as a Senior Account Supervisor 20 years ago. She recently returned to Landis as a Senior Counselor. During her time with Landis Communications, she created and managed public relations and social media campaigns for a Kimpton Hotels, Whole Foods Market, the California State Parks Foundation, NBC Universal, Tishman Speyer, Save the Redwoods, City CarShare and many more.
As an independent consultant from 2010 to 2013, Gretchen created and managed strategic media outreach plans for the California State Parks Foundation’s Annual Earth Day and Sinful Bliss Cupcakes.
Previously, Gretchen was the corporate relations manager, media and public relations, for Galileo International. She was responsible for all communications pertaining to financial performance, acquisitions and subsidiaries, the sale of the company and products and services. Previously, she managed national accounts at Edelman Public Relations Worldwide. Ms. Krueger’s experience also includes three years with Kamer-Singer & Associates, where she was responsible for managing travel and leisure clients.
Gretchen has a master’s degree in public relations from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from George Washington University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, hiking and scuba diving.
