Video/Digital Media Strategist


Eric’s varied experiences in television production, digital media production and marketing communications have uniquely coalesced in his role as digital media strategist. He provides strategic counsel to LCI clients in the area of digital media and video production.

For the past 11 years, Eric has been partner at BARS+TONE, a Digital Media Agency focusing exclusively on Advertising, Marketing and PR Communications. BARS+TONE's capabilities went beyond video production, digital media and application development. They included creative development and idea generation; full service video, 2D and 3D motion graphics and animation; digital media and application development; social media strategy consultation; video seeding and promotion and online media buys. BARS+TONE collaborated strategically with agencies such as LCI to provide engaging tactics that integrated with the existing communications plan. In the Spring of 2010, Eric ascended to the position of Vice President and General Manager.

Eric began his career in broadcast journalism in Washington, DC working for N24 TV, a German 24-hour news channel. He honed his skills in the fast-paced environment of TV news researching, producing and editing feature and short-length news segments for N24 TV. In January of 2000 Eric earned his Masters of Communication degree in Film and Video Production from the American University.

Eric has been very active in the San Francisco business community. In November 2009, Eric was appointed to the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where he also served as the co-chairman of the Chamber's Small Business Advisory Council from 2009-2012. Eric sits on the board of the San Francisco Public Relations Round Table as the 2013 vice chair.

Eric is a graduate of Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA where he earned a BA degree in Political Science. An east coast native, Eric moved to the Bay Area in 2002.
