Donna Berry is a seasoned PR pro with 18 years of agency, corporate and consulting public relations experience. She has conducted numerous, successful brand-building and product awareness campaigns in the consumer sector – sporting goods, food and beverage, fashion/apparel, visual arts, restaurant, retail, hospitality, events, even a race car driving school. Donna has also worked in the business-to-business sector, handling PR for global telecom, mobile satellite and wireless communications companies.

As a Senior Counselor at LCI, Donna is responsible for managing client accounts, developing integrated communications strategies and driving results for LCI’s clients.

Prior to LCI, Donna operated her own public relations consulting business, InkSpot Public Relations, focused on strategy, media relations, events and social media for consumer & lifestyle businesses. During this time, she conducted campaigns for Wonderbra, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Dockers for Women, indiDenim, MAC Cosmetics, Jennifer Loomis Photography, eBay’s MicroPlace and San Francisco Fashion Week, among others.

Donna’s previous agency experience includes GCI Group in San Francisco, where she headed technology and telecommunications accounts such as Globalstar L.P. and Globalstar USA, Vodafone Group plc. Telseon and Visa International. One highlight was leading the service launch of Globalstar USA, which included persuading legendary astronaut Neil Armstrong to speak at the CTIA wireless show in 2000 on the “new age of communications.” She also worked for Publicis Public Relations and Levenson Public Relations in Dallas, Texas, where she handled a variety of local and national consumer accounts ranging from Hard Rock Café to the Earthgrains Company.

Donna’s corporate experience consists of creating and managing a public relations group for Sprint Business’ small business marketing division. As a result of their work, Donna and her team won the 1998 PRSA Bronze Anvil Award and the 1998 Texas Public Relations Silver Spur Award.

Donna holds a Master of Journalism degree from University of North Texas and Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Tech University. As a native Texan who now calls San Francisco home, she enjoys golf, reading, hiking, traveling and enjoying all the Bay Area has to offer.
