Carolyn has more than 15 years of experience in reputation management, marketing, public affairs and crisis communications working for both traditional agencies as well as fortune 500 corporations. She has an extensive external communications background in strategically integrated marketing environments and has developed the communications for several number-one brands reaching a variety of constituencies.

Carolyn has worked across a broad array of industries helping established brands as well as start-ups launch new products and services, enter new categories and markets or simply re-brand with new corporate identities.

For five years she served as Public Affairs Director for WCVB-TV, the ABC affiliate in Boston, MA, and later an additional three years as Media Relations Manager. Following WCVB-TV, Carolyn spent seven years at Arnold Worldwide, an integrated marketing agency owned by the Havas Company. While at Arnold, Carolyn provided strategic council for clients such as McDonalds Restaurants, Volkswagen of America, Verizon, CVS Pharmacies, Seagram America and Royal Caribbean.

In 2002 she took time to obtain a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. Her goal was to study models of pragmatic leadership in different situations and environments as well as corporate social responsibility.

Carolyn served as Director of Global Communications for Dunkin’ Brands managing the consumer and corporate communications for a stable of three brands: Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin-Robbins and Togos. In addition, she was Director of Public Relations for Staples Inc.
